Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items such as final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return
For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The wrong item was shipped
- The return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened consumable products (unless defective or incorrect)
